If any of these challenges listed above seem daunting and you have decided that surgery is not for you, then you will likely find yourself looking for information around natural breast growth alternatives.  Many products make the claim that they can alter the size or shape or both of your breasts without surgery being involved.  Some of these solutions are immediately discounted as snake oil type products while others may appear to have some credibility.

These products will make all kinds of claims around growth and size increases as well as shape and appearance.  They may have testimonials and before and after pictures and come off as extremely convincing.   You may find yourself asking if there is any merit to these claims at all and investigating the subject of breast enhancement cream more closely.

We are not claiming that these creams or pills actually work and do not claim to be doctors but we have done enough research on the subject to be able to list some of the more commonly accepted issues around breast enhancement cream and other natural breast enhancement remedies.

• None of these types of products are endorsed by the FDA.   There have been no credible studies by any kind of independent testing group that we are aware of, that makes the claim that these types of products work.
• Most breast enhancement creams that we have seen do not guarantee any kind of results and once you have paid for it, then you are not likely to have any kind of recourse.
• It is our opinion that if breast enhancement cream did actually work that whomever invented it or held the patent on this product, would be richer than rich.  70% of the women in America are not happy with their breasts, and they all know how to spend money.
• On the flip side of the issues above, many many women have claimed to notice a difference by using breats enhancement cream or herbs.   They can’t all be wrong can they?

Breast Enhancement Exercises

We have researched a large number of these products that are available on the market and most require that you complete an exercise regimen in addition to using the product.  These exercises are claimed to be a critical part of the process but we have to wonder if any gains that might be noticed are more a product of the exercise tightening and toning the muscles in the chest area.

So taking all of this into account, it is quite possible that there is some merit to breast enhancement cream but in our opinion, it is unlikely.  There is too much evidence pointing against the effectiveness of these types of product to think that they might actually be able to increase the size and shape of your breasts.  It is possible that we are wrong, but not likely and until some kind of credible study emerges that is performed in some kind of controlled environment then we would have to come down on the side of skeptical that breast enhancement creams could actually be effective.
